Monthly Hosting
I offer web hosting on a monthly basis, which covers the cost associated with creating, maintaining and hosting the powerful software that comprises all of the system applications and features. The licensing also covers our professional team of programmers who are constantly working to upgrade and improve the system at no additional cost to you. Finally, the licensing & hosting fee covers the cost of maintaining the server applications, the multiple specialty servers and the MySQL databases.
 
Account Setup Fee
The account setup fee covers the cost of setting up your logon account, website,
database and default settings on the network. The account setup fee is the same for all pricing packages.
Custom Web Design
Let professionals create your site for you for less than you would likely spend doing it yourself. Custom Design includes:

Custom Website Address
Your website address, or Domain Name, is your location on the internet. We will walk you through the process of getting your own fully custom domain name, such as www.mybusiness.com.

Your account includes professional website hosting, monitoring and backup. Unlike fly-by-night
web hosts that come and go and provide unreliable service at best, the our network is a fully secure, highly available managed network at our Tier One Data Center. Enjoy the security and confidence of knowing your critical business data is stored in one of the most secure places possible.
Web-based and POP Email Accounts
Your account includes a certain number of email accounts, which you can use to access your own custom email address via email software, such as Microsoft Outlook or Entourage. You can also access your email directly through our sophisticated web-based email program, which you can access through almost any web browser!
Accept Credit Card Payments
To process credit card transactions online through the our system,
you must have a merchant account with a compatible gateway to open for
business. Our system supports all major gateways, including Verisign Payflow Pro,
Authorize.net, Paymentech, Payment Resources, Bank of America and many more. New gateways are constantly being added, and I will be happy to walk you through custom setup options.
You can use an existing merchant account or I can walk you through setting up a new one. We'll help you choose the merchant account that best suits your business needs. Once set up, your merchant account will direct deposit credit card receipts to your bank account.
Accept Checks and Money Orders
Allow your customers to place check or money order orders for any item or service you sell via your powered website. Automated processing ensures you will never ship your orders before you receive and process payment. While many ecommerce systems don't handle offline payments, our system makes the process smooth and simple. In fact, many of our clients experience mail-in payment rates of up to 25% - sales that may have been lost if their ecommerce was
limited to credit card payments.
Built-in Fraud Prevention
Integrated CVV (credit card security code)
and AVS (address verification) credit card verification. "Last line" credit
card capture queue gives administrators final chance to visually verify orders.
Flag or block orders from particular countries. Block IP addresses of problem
visitors.
Secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Checkout
SSL is an accepted standard for transferring information
securely over the Internet. It encrypts data passed between the server and the
browser, so that unauthorized parties cannot intercept sensitive, confidential
or personal information, such as a credit card number or address. I
use SSL to protect your customers' billing and shipping
information when it's submitted through your checkout pages, which helps to
ensure a reliable, secure shopping experience.

Online Store & Shopping Cart
Selling online is an incredibly easy process. Simply add your product via
the automated product wizard, define attributes (size, color, format, weight,
etc.), set inventory levels and create any special processing rules. Once your
product is in your online store, order processing is an even easier task. All
processing is segmented in to an automated workflow based system, including
credit card processing, fraud prevention, backorders, shipping, order tracking
and returns. Your customers will enjoy state of the art customer service,
receiving full access to view orders online, reprint receipts and invoices,
create customer service requests, track shipments automatically via UPS, check
gift certificate and download status, and much more.
Unlimited Product Attributes
Define products by any number of
attributes, such as size, color, weight, format, speed, etc. Charge different
prices and assign separate handling fees based on attribute combinations.
Unlimited Product Categories and Subcategories
Create any number of
categories and subcategories on the fly. Copy, move or remove products to or
from any category. Create category "splash" pages to automatically provide
graphics or promotional information depending on the category clicked.
Automatic Notification Emails
Custom define emails that are triggered
on virtually every event within your order processing system, including check
arrived, payment accepted, order shipped, product backordered, wishlist sent,
download ready and much more. Define rules for administrators to receive emails
when orders are placed and ready to be processed.
